How long does shipping generally take?
Unless a pre-order item is purchased, shipping times are usually based on 2-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. International shipping will vary.
Where is your shop located?
We are based out of Los Angeles, California. We are a pop up shop & online store. Be sure to sign up for email alerts if we are coming to a city near you.
Are returns accepted?
Most items do not qualify for a return. Unless there is direct damage to the product when it is received, items are considered final sale.
Do you have gift cards?
Currently, we do not have gift cards available, but are working on it.
What is the best method to clean products from your store?
All items are made to be cleaned and wiped off with a lightly damp cloth. Our Baby book set can be washed on a gentle cycle and left to air-dry. PLEASE do not put in the dryer.
What is the best way to implement learning materials to my child?
Learning can be tough, especially if the child is already struggling. Take things at their pace and start a schedule of when activities and learning material will be done daily. We practice depending on the age, usually 10 mins a day of practice is all you need for optimal learning,
Can your products be found anywhere else?
We currently sell on our direct website and will be also on Amazon online. Any other locations would be based upon our pop up shop locations and local boutiques throughout Los Angeles.
