While we take every precaution to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, please understand that some natural variances in color or texture are normal for our wooden products. We are not responsible for any discoloration, stains or marks that occurs after the products have been used. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Taking care of our customers is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any items from your order, you may return refundable items within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Promotional, final sale and specialty items marked are considered non-refundable. All items must be in brand-new condition for these terms to apply. The customer is responsible for all return costs (shipping + handling costs) and making sure the package arrives undamaged. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. It is highly recommended that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage. Please use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection (tracking number). All store credit will be added to your account as an e-gift card. Details will be provided via email upon a successful return. 

We reserve the right to withhold credit if returned items are outside the terms of our return policy.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION:

All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours on normal business days so we cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering. Shipping charges are per address only. 

Please make sure your color selection, size and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we cannot change them. We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. Any orders that are marked as “Return to Sender” will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued as soon as it is processed. If at any time, your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship (estimated ship dates on pre-order items are kept up-to-date on product listings). If you'd like us to split your order and ship in stock items we can do so at your expense. Please email us hello@themodernmomandbaby with the subject line, listed as: (Order Number) Split Payment. 

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Shipping cost varies by weight and destination. On average, orders arrive in 3-5 business days, although this is typical, it is not guaranteed. Please note: all orders are shipped from Los Angeles. 

International:

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. International orders take on average 2-7 weeks to arrive at their destination.
